If you buy something from Amazon you can get it sent to a pickup point or a locker (depending where you live) and just pick it up your parcel from there instead!
OR, you could just buy something else you want from a nearby store, and keep it at home waiting. Then when the parcel arrives, disappear with the package, and then re-appear with your pre-purchased book / gadget / doo-dah that was allegedly inside!
(Although in that case you may as well just visit a sex store and cut out all the extra schlepping!)
