It’s using your mouth on someone else’s butt basically! Generally licking and kissing all around that general area. It’s kind of a sensitive spot, so can feel pretty freaking special… although obviously it calls for extra attentiveness to hygiene, and isn’t necessarily everyone’s idea of a good time!
